Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the imaju8 platform — including the website, mobile application and related services — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions and the relevant imaju8 privacy policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately. imaju8 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Notice of amendments will be provided via the website or email. Continued use after changes take effect is considered acceptance of the amended terms.

Account Eligibility and Registration

2.1 imaju8 services are only available to individuals aged 21 and above. Registration by any individual who does not meet this age requirement is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms.

2.2 Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same name, email, mobile number or payment method — is prohibited. imaju8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

2.3 During registration, you are required to provide accurate information including your full name as per your identity card (MyKad), an active mobile number, a valid email address and a payment method registered in your own name.

2.4 Identity verification may be required at any stage. imaju8 reserves the right to request copies of identification documents to ensure compliance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 imaju8 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX) and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or the equivalent cryptocurrency rate applicable at the time of the transaction.

3.2 Minimum limits are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request.
• Typical withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour after verification.

3.3 All registered payment methods must be in the same name as the player's imaju8 account. Withdrawals will only be processed to verified and registered accounts or wallets.

3.4 imaju8 reserves the right to suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering or a breach of payment terms. In such situations, a compliance review will be conducted before the transaction is proceeded with or rejected.

Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 imaju8 offers various promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be fully met before any withdrawal can be carried out.

4.2 The first deposit bonus grants an additional 200% up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus value. For example: deposit RM100, a bonus of RM200 is credited giving a balance of RM300 — the wagering requirement to be met is RM200 × 10 = RM2,000. For a deposit of RM1,200, the maximum bonus of RM1,000 is credited (balance RM2,200) — the wagering requirement is RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000.

4.3 Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts. Use of bonuses that breaches promotion terms — including arbitrage betting or techniques that undermine the integrity of a promotion — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and all associated winnings.

4.4 The imaju8 VIP loyalty programme provides weekly cashback according to membership tier: Bronze (up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%) and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Players qualify for a higher tier based on consistent gaming activity and compliance with platform terms.

4.5 imaju8 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses already credited to an account are not affected by future promotion changes.

Game Rules and User Conduct

5.1 All games offered on the imaju8 platform are independently tested to ensure fairness and compliance with industry standards. The overall RTP (Return to Player) of each game may vary depending on the game category and provider.

5.2 Players are prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct:

• Using automation software, bots or third-party tools to influence game outcomes.
• Collusion or cooperation with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

• Any form of fraud, forgery or misrepresentation of identity.

Account Closure and Suspension
